What you’ll do in this role
In this role, you will own outbound prospecting and early-stage sales engagement for Sarvam AI:

Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social/LinkedIn outreach to build a strong pipeline of high-potential opportunities.

Engage with industry leaders to understand their pain points and position Sarvam AI’s solutions as scalable, effective answers.

Collaborate with Account Executives to align on strategy, prioritize outreach, and accelerate pipeline growth via targeted prospecting.

Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and guide them smoothly through the evaluation process.

Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track interactions, analyze trends, and share insights to improve prospecting and conversion.

Work closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve messaging for higher engagement rates.
You will be expected to confidently cold-call and run high-impact conversations, using a strong grasp of the Sarvam AI stack to translate complex concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions.
What you’ll bring to the role
Sarvam AI is looking for a motivated BDR/SDR with strong outbound and enterprise sales skills:

3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a SaaS-based BDR/SDR role, demonstrating solid sales acumen.

Proven track record of cold-calling and converting enterprise decision-makers into high-value business opportunities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and foster long-term client relationships.
Experience working with CRM tools and coordinating closely with marketing and account executives will help you succeed in this role.
