  • Strategic EV charging network planning: Lead planning activities to develop a scalable, reliable EV charging infrastructure across target regions, aligned with Mahindra’s Charge_IN and broader e‑mobility strategy.

  • Location scouting using data: Identify and evaluate high‑demand sites (malls, highways, residential hubs, office complexes, parking facilities, fleet hubs, RWAs) using data‑driven feasibility studies, site visits, traffic/load assessments, and power availability analysis.

  • Commercial negotiations & partnerships: Drive end‑to‑end commercial discussions and close long‑term agreements with property owners, malls, RWAs, fleet operators, and other partners for hosting charging stations.

  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to structure, review, and execute agreements smoothly and on time.

Regulatory compliance, execution & marketing

  • Regulatory and safety adherence: Ensure each site meets applicable regulatory norms, safety standards, and statutory approvals required for EV charging infrastructure, from grid connectivity to local clearances.

  • Vendor and project execution management: Coordinate with EPC vendors, OEMs, and internal engineering teams for timely installation, commissioning, and quality checks of EV chargers at each location.

  • Local BTL marketing & utilisation growth: Plan and execute localized below‑the‑line (BTL) campaigns to increase awareness, usage, and visibility of the charging network among both B2B and B2C customers (fleets, taxi operators, private EV owners, etc.).

  • Performance tracking & MIS: Maintain MIS dashboards and trackers to monitor site pipeline, installation progress, charger uptime, utilisation KPIs, and commercial performance, and share regular updates with leadership.
