Importance of These Apprentice Roles
These apprenticeships offer a structured, one-year, on-the-job learning opportunity inside Central Railway’s workshops and offices. They help fresh ITI pass-outs gain real-world industrial exposure, familiarity with railway systems and practices, and hands-on skills that directly strengthen their employability. Even though there is no guaranteed job after training, successful apprentices often find it easier to compete for future government, PSU and private-sector technical posts because they already understand work discipline, safety and trade-specific procedures.
