Because RailTel is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, experience gained here is highly valuable for long‑term careers in government technology, data centres, cloud, cyber‑security and AI‑driven applications. These roles combine the stability of a PSU job with exposure to modern enterprise‑grade technologies.

Who Should Apply

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have a strong engineering or equivalent background in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
  • You already work in data centres, system administration, database administration, cloud, DevOps, enterprise IT or AI/ML and now want a stable PSU career.
  • You hold relevant technical certifications (Azure, Red Hat, VMware, database admin, Java, AI/ML etc.) and have hands‑on experience in Linux/Windows servers, databases, virtualisation, cloud or AI.
  • You enjoy working on high‑availability, large‑scale systems, are comfortable with documentation and processes, and can work in a structured public‑sector environment.
  • You are ready to be posted in Gurugram or Hyderabad and to commit to a long‑term role including probation and service bond conditions.

If you do not yet meet the experience or certification requirements, you can treat this notification as a roadmap for building your skills for future PSU opportunities.
