Job Description:
Parle Agro looking for an experienced QA Executive to join a leading manufacturing plant in Khurda, Odisha. This role focuses on maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous process improvements across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
The QA Executive will ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs across production and packaging processes. You will conduct quality audits, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to maintain product integrity. Working closely with production, engineering, and QC teams, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in customer complaint investigations to ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will help train plant personnel and promote a culture of quality and compliance with cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields (B.Sc. / B.Pharm.).
• 5 – 15 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, regulatory compliance, and quality audits.
• Proficient in CAPA, documentation management, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cross-functional coordination and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with quality management software and systems.
