Job Overview
The Production Officer will oversee manufacturing operations while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, equipment efficiency, and continuous process improvement. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, operational excellence, and active participation in productivity enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Officer will comply with company safety protocols at all times and proactively identify and report any equipment-related safety risks. The role involves participating in safety improvement initiatives and ensuring optimum utilization of equipment to maintain process stability. The candidate will contribute to continuous learning and operational improvement activities while actively supporting key projects such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, new product or process development, new machine qualification, production optimization, cycle time reduction, and new material evaluation or qualification. Additional responsibilities will vary depending on project progress and divisional goals, requiring flexibility and strong operational commitment.
