Job Overview
The Production Executive will be responsible for executing daily manufacturing process activities while ensuring safety, equipment efficiency, and process stability. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, participation in improvement initiatives, and adherence to quality and safety standards within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Executive will perform daily production process activities in accordance with established procedures and standards. The role includes carrying out Level 1 troubleshooting based on defined guidelines and ensuring smooth process operations. The incumbent will maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping while ensuring optimum utilization of equipment and process stability. The candidate will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, new product or process development, machine qualification, cycle time reduction, production optimization, and new material evaluation or qualification. Additionally, the executive will support project-based duties aligned with division goals and operational requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated team player
- Hands-on experience in PDCA, Visual Performance Charts, and SPC (added advantage)
- Familiar with root cause analysis and line troubleshooting
- Knowledge of 5S housekeeping, environmental and safety legislation
- Understanding of fabrication and assembly processes (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment
