🎯 Key Responsibilities

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing sourcing operations for the ICP Sales division, with a focus on the Srijan Program. This includes identifying potential vendors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring timely availability of required products or materials. The role also involves analyzing sourcing requirements, collaborating with internal sales teams to align procurement with business priorities, and monitoring channel performance to optimize sales outcomes.
