🏢 About the Role
Lodha Charitable Trust is hiring a Marketing Intern to support the launch of LTPI, a new theoretical physics institute. This role offers hands-on exposure to institutional branding, PR, digital marketing, website development, content production, and event execution.
The intern will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team at the Corporate Office in Mumbai and gain real-time experience in managing multi-channel communications for a large-scale institutional launch.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Intern will support the end-to-end marketing and communications execution for the institute launch, assisting in PR activities including media outreach coordination, press material management, tracking media coverage, follow-ups, and press conference support. The role includes contributing to the creation of brand assets such as brochures, booklets, welcome notes, and other audience-facing collateral, while also assisting in website creation through domain coordination and vendor follow-ups.
The intern will support content production workflows including photoshoots, leadership vision videos, event highlight films, and short-form digital content. Responsibilities also include creating and repurposing social media content such as interview clips and event video bytes, supporting social media planning, scheduling, and publishing aligned with launch timelines.
Additionally, the intern will assist with on-ground event marketing and real-time execution, support SEO and online discoverability initiatives including Google Business listing optimization, coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs, maintain trackers and documentation, and manage ad-hoc requirements during the launch phase.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduation (M.M.S – Marketing preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Marketing Communications, PR, Website Creation, Content Development, Social Media, and Event Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on-site during events and key milestones
