Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory revenue and volume estimates monthly, ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
- Drive business development across institutional segments such as manufacturing, PSU, schools, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain a database of customers and understand buying patterns, key decision makers, and buying processes.
- Plan and execute monthly and weekly sales objectives, including call plans and visit schedules.
- Ensure payment collections, delivery issues resolution, and distributor/channel support to drive performance.
- Expand business by appointing new distributors and agents in assigned territories.
- Maintain and validate market and customer data to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Address customer complaints promptly with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
