Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and commission TBM in coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, and PLC teams
- Operate TBM post-assembly, ensuring correct line, level, and tunnel grade
- Monitor TBM parameters and VMT guiding systems during operations
- Supervise grouting systems and ring building (gaps, lips, steps)
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual TBM maintenance activities
- Handle mechanical breakdowns and report issues with corrective scope
- Conduct cutter head and tool inspections during TBM drive
- Prepare shift reports, monitoring logs, and daily progress reports
- Take charge during emergency situations inside the TBM
