About the Role

Bajaj Finance Ltd is hiring an Operations Manager – MFI North to manage Debt Management Services (DMS) and ensure strong compliance, people leadership, and cost-effective operations at the Khajauli MFI location.

Your role focuses on achieving branch-level targets, adhering to legal guidelines, and maintaining high performance & ethical collection practices.

• Lead and manage Debt Management Services (DMS) for the assigned branch.
• Achieve monthly PI targets and ensure cost compliance.
• Monitor and guide DMS agencies and in-house collectors to prevent fraud and ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct across all recovery operations.
• Identify operational gaps, strengthen controls, and maintain transparent processes.
• Drive performance, maintain strong relationships, and handle escalations effectively.
