- OBC candidates in the creamy layer are not eligible for OBC reservation/age relaxation and must apply as UR.
- OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) candidates must provide an OBC certificate with the “non‑creamy layer” clause issued between 01.04.2025 and the date of interview.
