1️⃣ AGM (Mining) – Grade M-7
Qualification:
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in Coal Mining after Degree
- At least 8 years after obtaining 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
Maximum Age: 45 years
Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000
2️⃣ Manager (Mechanical) – Grade M-5
Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in repair & maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) in large opencast mines
Maximum Age: 45 years
Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
3️⃣ Manager (Mining) – Safety Officer – Grade M-5
Qualification:
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Coal Mining after Degree
- Minimum 3 years after obtaining 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate
- Experience as statutory Safety Officer desirable
Maximum Age: 45 years
Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
4️⃣ Manager (Mining) – Blasting Officer – Grade M-5
Qualification:
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Coal Mining after Degree
- 3 years after 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate
- 2 years experience as statutory Blasting Officer desirable
Maximum Age: 45 years

5️⃣ Manager (Mining) – Production Manager – Grade M-5
Qualification:
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Coal Mining after Degree
- 3 years after obtaining 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate
- Experience in statutory capacity / greenfield coal mining desirable

6️⃣ Jr. Manager (Survey) – Grade M-2
Qualification:
- 3-Year Diploma in Mining or Mining & Mine Survey
- Mines Surveyor’s Competency Certificate
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Coal Mine Surveying (Opencast) after obtaining certificate
Maximum Age: 30 years
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
