📌 Job Overview

Tech Mahindra is hiring experienced Test Automation Engineers for an onsite role in Cupertino, CA.
The position focuses on UI Path–based automation testing, particularly involving desktop tools and enterprise automation frameworks.

This role is suited for professionals with strong hands-on experience in UiPath Test Automation Suite and exposure to other automation tools such as UFT.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using UiPath
• Perform UI Path–based automation testing for desktop tools and applications
• Work with UiPath Test Automation Suite for end-to-end testing
• Support test automation activities using tools such as UFT
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation coverage
• Contribute as a strong team player with leadership and analytical skills

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory)

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath automation testing
• Knowledge of desktop tools automation testing

Skills:

• UiPath Test Automation Suite
• Automation testing using UFT (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Pay Range: USD $87,000 – $125,000 per annum (including bonuses/variable pay)
