Job Overview

The Team Member – Volunteering will support institutional partnerships, donor engagement strategies, grant alignment, and reporting processes. The role requires strong development sector expertise, partnership management skills, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

The Team Member – Volunteering will maintain and update information on national-level donor strategies and funding opportunities in coordination with program teams. The role involves identifying and engaging institutional partners, including developing, submitting, and closing grant proposals. The incumbent will work closely with the Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Program teams to ensure synergy with existing programs and compliance with approved funding plans. They will ensure alignment between grant proposals, work plans, partner agreements, budgets, and reporting structures. Additionally, the role requires managing reporting deadlines, developing report calendars, coordinating compilation and review of reports, and ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
