Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high customer engagement.
- Take total operational and financial responsibility for the assigned store, including P&L oversight.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent service and performance.
- Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and meetings to track targets, sales figures, and improvement plans.
- Ensure store merchandise standards, correct displays, and stock turn ratios as per company norms.
- Schedule and manage manpower productivity, training, and discipline.
- Maintain store ambience, hygiene, and compliance with company policies and retail guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications (Typical)
- Strong store management and retail operations experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of merchandising, stock control, and customer service
- Ability to drive performance against sales and operational targets
