Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Improve conversion rate and average bill value
• Execute in-store promotions and offers

Store Operations

• Manage smooth day-to-day store operations
• Ensure SOP adherence and opening/closing compliance

Inventory & Shrinkage Control

• Ensure stock availability and accuracy
• Handle GRN, stock audits, and reconciliation
• Control shrinkage, damages, and expiries

Team Management

• Staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
• Employee productivity, training, and onboarding

Customer Experience

• Maintain high service standards
• Handle customer complaints and escalations

Visual Merchandising
