🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of plant & machinery as per SOP.
• Manage daily engineering operations including routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance.
• Oversee operation & maintenance of utilities:
  HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets, etc.
• Plan and monitor calibration activities.
• Implement new technologies for process improvement.
• Lead engineering projects and monitor job execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
• Maintain discipline and healthy industrial relations in the plant.
• Conduct training programs for team members.
• Participate in vendor, regulatory & internal audits.
• Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Prepare and manage Revenue & CAPEX budget.
• Execute HVAC & utility qualification activities.
• Handle preventive & shutdown maintenance scheduling.
• Manage change control, deviation management, CAPA, document retention & audit responses.
• Oversee procurement of critical spares and inventory management.
• Monitor activities of Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation & Utility departments.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in engineering areas.
• Validate contractor bills with proper measurement and certification.

📘 Job Requirements

🎓 Educational Qualification

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

🧠 Experience

• Minimum 15+ years in engineering & maintenance within the API/Pharma/Manufacturing sector.
