Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain will lead Sales & Operations Planning by providing actionable business insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves designing, measuring, and effectively communicating all supply chain metrics including service sufficiency, inventory days on hand, distribution and logistics spend, SLOB, and operational reliability. The incumbent will drive strategic projects in demand planning, inventory control, and logistics, including hands-on implementation of systems such as Transportation Management Systems and Kinaxis. They will also lead segmentation studies, yearly budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, inventory optimization, and analytics initiatives using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, streamline operations, and ensure effective adoption of supply chain processes and systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, and analytics
