Job Purpose

The Senior Executive – Debt Management Services (Consumer) is responsible for managing overdue loan accounts, coordinating recovery actions, ensuring compliance, and supporting portfolio health through structured collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities 

• Achieve monthly collections targets through field visits and agency coordination.
• Monitor overdue portfolio performance and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines during repossession or recovery actions.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and collection decisions.
• Handle escalations promptly to support efficient resolution.
• Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR) and oversee case-wise tracking.
• Develop collection strategies to improve recovery efficiency.
• Support portfolio management, risk control, vendor management, and coordination with internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in collections, recovery, or related functions.
• Understanding of debt collection processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong skills in reporting, analysis, MIS, and compliance management.
• Ability to work with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
