The Senior Business Partner – SCM IT is responsible for leading the development, lifecycle management, and global support of Supply Chain applications covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Procurement processes. This role bridges business and technology by driving digital transformation initiatives, defining enterprise roadmaps, and ensuring scalable, standardized SCM solutions across regions.

To enable global Supply Chain excellence through robust application design, strategic technology planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective project execution, while ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Partner will ensure in-depth technical expertise in SCM solutions and end-to-end business processes to propose system enhancements and process transformations aligned with business objectives. The role includes evaluating emerging technologies, designing innovative digital solutions, and managing support models to ensure SLA adherence for incident, change, and request management.

The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Commercial, SCM, Continuous Improvement, and IT verticals to drive demand, planning, and procurement transformation initiatives from a technology and data perspective. The role will contribute to building a comprehensive SCM data strategy to enhance visibility across procurement and supply processes and leverage analytics for improved ROI and decision-making.

From a strategic standpoint, the role involves defining the enterprise application roadmap for global demand, supply, and procurement processes, identifying opportunities to scale applications across regions, building business cases for tactical implementations, and securing budgets and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

In project execution, the Senior Business Partner will track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring KPIs and success metrics are aligned with business outcomes.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Engineering Degree
• Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Preferred)

🧠 Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience across technology platforms
• Experience with SCM/CRM/Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Procurement solutions
• Hands-on exposure to SAP IBP, PPDS, Ariba, Forecast Algorithms
• Preferably experience in Pharma domain
• Strong stakeholder management and global transformation experience
