Job Title: Senior Associate – API Integrations

🎯 Objectives

The Senior Associate will support existing and new API integrations across in-house and external applications, ensuring smooth functionality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

📌 Major Deliverables

Assist, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for all applications integrated with APIs (SOAP & REST).
Manage API integrations with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and other travel partners.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure API reliability and performance.
Create detailed documentation for all integrations.
Independently lead API integration projects.
Ensure API security, including encryption and data protection compliance.

🧠 Essential Attributes

Passenger Service System (PSS) core functions, preferably Navitaire.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of Interline, Codeshare, and NDC protocols.
Hands-on experience with Navitaire REST & SOAP APIs.
Proficiency with API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

🌟 Desirable Attributes

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

🎓 Qualification

Postgraduate in Computer Applications / Engineering / MCA / B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or MBA with relevant technical experience.
