Cipla is seeking an accomplished Section Head – Production to lead its high-capacity formulation manufacturing operations. Job Purpose

To direct and control manufacturing activities in the assigned production section, ensuring adherence to cGMP, quality, documentation standards, and safety regulations while meeting stringent production targets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end production operations at the Kurkumbh manufacturing site of Cipla, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and strict adherence to cGMP standards. You will be responsible for driving production targets, monitoring process performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence. A key part of your responsibilities includes ensuring compliance with safety norms, quality specifications, and regulatory guidelines while continuously identifying areas for process improvement. You will also manage a team of production professionals by providing guidance, conducting capability-building initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency. Additionally, you will support audits, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance productivity and minimize downtime. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality pharmaceutical products are manufactured consistently and efficiently for the Kurkumbh unit in Maharashtra.
