Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new personal banking customers through targeted lead generation and engagement.
• Manage and grow the personal account portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital services to deepen customer relationships.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, tailored advice, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC and AML guidelines during customer onboarding and servicing.
• Collaborate with branch teams and other banking units to drive business results and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
• Preferred: MBA / PG Diploma in Finance / Banking or equivalent
• Experience: 0–3 years in banking, financial services, or customer relationship roles preferred
• Skills: Sales and relationship management, customer engagement, communication, problem-solving, basic banking product knowledge
