Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

✔ Canvassing & sourcing new customers to grow gold loan business
✔ Revenue generation through interest collection & cross-selling
✔ Gold loan appraisal & valuation
✔ Maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Prepare and manage daily reports, registers, cash management & accounting
✔ Ensure smooth branch operations, including KYC & compliance
✔ Direct marketing of insurance products and cross-selling at branch level
