Role Summary
The Relationship Associate will collaborate closely with Axis Bank branch teams to achieve business targets. The role includes lead management, customer engagement, seller activation, training support, and compliance with process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers to drive life insurance sales.
- Convert branch-generated leads into strong business through timely customer follow-ups.
- Adhere to processes and coordinate effectively with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB.
- Ensure minimal customer complaints through proper documentation and resolution.
- Meet agreed TATs for first customer contact and subsequent follow-ups.
- Maintain 15-month persistency by ensuring robust customer post-sale engagement.
- Work with Cluster Training Manager to train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new products.
- Activate branch banking sellers and meet activation targets.
- Use the LMS system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
