Role Overview
The Relationship Associate (Bancassurance) plays a central role in activating bank relationships, converting leads sourced from the branch ecosystem, ensuring adherence to operational processes, and meeting insurance business targets. The role requires strong coordination with Axis Bank sellers, customer engagement discipline, and consistent tracking through internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will actively manage relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers to ensure strong lead generation and conversion, directly contributing to business targets. You will follow structured processes to contact customers within defined TATs, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate closely with the Cluster Manager and Operations Hub for seamless service delivery. A major responsibility includes ensuring 15-month persistency by maintaining regular follow-ups with customers and strengthening post-sales engagement. You will also work with the Cluster Training Manager to enhance bank staff expertise on life insurance products, activate branch sellers, and rigorously use LMS as a tracking mechanism for customer follow-up cycles. Your commitment to maintaining a complaint-free environment and adhering to company guidelines will be crucial to your success.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution
