Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation and distribution of effective defence sales teams and officer networks.
• Achieve revenue, premium, persistence, and policy-sales targets within the Defence Unit.
• Track productivity metrics such as premium per agent, case rate, and retention.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Rakshak Managers, Officer Rakshaks, Agents, and advisor teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, training plans, and development workshops for the defence channel.
• Ensure sales and service excellence standards are met across units.
• Maintain strong cantonment/community relationships and organize service camps or customer engagement events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
• Experience: Experience in sales, team development, or distribution management (defence, financial services, or related sectors is preferred).
• Key Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to build and motivate field teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory sales practices is an advantage.
