Job Summary

PAPL is recruiting an Operator for its Bhopal Plant to support daily operations, monitor plant machinery, and ensure efficient production processes. As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for machine operation, safety checks, coordination with maintenance teams, and documentation of production activities — contributing to smooth and safe plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment according to output targets and production schedules.
• Perform routine checks, calibration, and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow plant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
• Record production data, machine parameters, and shift logs accurately.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams for troubleshooting and preventive actions.
• Ensure housekeeping, operational discipline, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent (higher education preferred).

Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in plant operations, machine handling, or production settings is an advantage but freshers may be considered.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with plant equipment.
• Strong focus on safety, discipline, and teamwork on the shop floor.
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain logs, and report issues clearly.
