Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Lead will craft and execute comprehensive oncology brand strategies by leveraging insights from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and market research to address unmet needs. The role encompasses designing pre-launch and launch strategies, implementing HCP engagement and advocacy programs, deploying digital marketing campaigns, and executing patient acquisition initiatives. This position also requires developing strategic partnerships with medical associations and patient support groups, collaborating with cross-functional teams for brand lifecycle management, identifying new indications, and creating innovative value propositions to maximize market growth and improve patient outcomes in emerging markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university
- MBA preferred
- 10–15 years of experience handling innovative products, biologics, or oncology marketing
