📌 Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The Manager – Lifestyle Finance will be responsible for managing field sales operations, improving productivity, ensuring strong channel relationships, and driving finance penetration across assigned locations.

🛠 Duties & Responsibilities

1) Manage Field Officer Sales (FOS)

• Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team
• Manage and strengthen channel partner relationships
• Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration
• Achieve allocated sales targets
• Oversee the complete sales process
• Ensure strict process compliance and controllership

2) Ensure Smooth Service Delivery

• Monitor and improve FOS productivity
• Handle reconciliation of dealer payments
• Ensure seamless service delivery to channel partners

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA with 2–3 years of experience
  OR
• Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience
• Prior exposure to a sales role is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good relationship management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments within the organization
