Job Overview

Adani Group is hiring a Manager – Investor Relations to manage and strengthen relationships with investors and capital market participants. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and plays a key role in investor communication, market analysis, and strategic positioning of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Communication

• Execute investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, fact sheets, annual reports, and investor day collateral
• Support roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and participation in investor conferences

Market & Financial Analysis

• Conduct macroeconomic, market, and competitor analysis
• Track KPIs such as stock price performance, trading volumes, and ownership changes
• Provide insights on industry trends and company performance to support investor communications

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and senior leadership teams
• Respond to ad-hoc investor inquiries with accuracy and clarity
• Coordinate investor events including AGMs, investor days, and conferences

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare comprehensive periodic internal reports for management
• Contribute to effective investor communication strategies
• Adopt digital and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and investor-facing materials

Qualifications

Education

• Graduation with strong finance acumen
• Preferred: CA / MBA (Finance) from Tier-I or Tier-II institute
• Desirable: CFA Level III

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Investor Relations teams of a large-cap or mid-cap organization preferred

Key Skills

• Strong accounting and financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of capital markets, valuation techniques, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
