About the Role

Deloitte Global Sustainability is hiring a Manager / Executive Manager – Marketing to drive integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, digital amplification, and brand presence across global platforms. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with strong leadership, digital strategy expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end marketing execution.

You will work closely with global marketing leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in India, the US, and other regions to elevate Deloitte’s sustainability brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead End-to-End Marketing Campaigns
  • Develop and execute integrated internal & external marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee strategy development, creative planning, and multi-channel activation.
  • Manage campaign lifecycle: planning → execution → reporting → optimization.
  1. Digital Strategy & Brand Amplification
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategy and digital experience enhancement.
  • Lead digital/event presence and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, personalisation, and content creation.
  1. Content, Creative, and Asset Management
  • Lead content strategy, editorial planning, and creative approvals.
  • Ensure brand compliance across all communication formats.
  • Repurpose assets to extend lifecycle value.
  1. Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Use analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  1. Team and Stakeholder Leadership
  • Manage & mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with US/global marketing leaders & cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence, workflow standardization, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, marketing strategy & campaign management expertise.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, digital marketing, and modern MarTech tools.
  • High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience in sustainability domain (preferred).
  • Agile and able to manage multiple high-impact workstreams.

Education & Professional Background

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 9+ years post-MBA experience in marketing.
  • Consulting industry exposure preferred.

Work Model

  • Location: Bengaluru
  • Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
