Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoice Management

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) billing operations
• Validate, process, and reconcile vendor invoices
• Resolve discrepancies across POs, GRNs, and invoices
• Coordinate with vendors, finance, AP, and procurement teams
• Perform quarterly vendor reconciliations

Master Data Management (MDM)

• Maintain accuracy and governance of vendor, material, service, tax, and GL master data
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and SOPs
• Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to enhance data platforms
• Work with ERP systems including D365, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa

Procurement Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs
• Conduct spend analysis, PO compliance tracking, vendor performance analysis
• Generate MIS and insights for leadership decision-making

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify automation opportunities using RPA, Power BI, Tableau
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
• Prepare audit documentation and support audit processes

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Act as a liaison between vendors, procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders
• Train vendors and internal users on billing processes and master data standards

• Experience: 6–10 years in procurement operations, billing, MDM, or analytics
• Experience in Jewellery, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Services is preferred
