About the Role

The Lead – Finance role involves managing a team of Managers, Associate Managers, and team members to ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined in SLA-OLA agreements with business sectors such as Polymer, Polyester, FID, Aromatic, and Elastomer.

The role also ensures export compliance, financial documentation accuracy, and coordination with banks and customers while maintaining adherence to statutory requirements including Customs, Excise, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
