- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and aviation software such as AMOS

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Technical Officer – Maintenance Support, you will be responsible for preparing and compiling data related to delays, equipment serviceability, manpower availability, and material/component status, along with coordinating follow-ups with multiple departments and stations. You will support the planning and functioning of daily maintenance activities by preparing documentation for meetings such as the Maintenance Daily Meeting, DDR, and Manager-level reviews.
You will handle authorization data for certifying staff, maintain training and OJT records, prepare maintenance performance data, and oversee the movement of materials for the NDT Cell. Your responsibilities include equipment testing, data upkeep, preparation of production reports, and managing rosters, leave availability, overtime validation, and visit reports.
Additionally, you will conduct studies, surveys, and analytical assessments on aircraft performance, work procedures, space utilization, and expenditure. The role involves providing technical assistance, preparing engineering documents, coordinating across departments, and performing miscellaneous office work as assigned. Compliance with IndiGo’s Safety Management System (SMS) responsibilities is essential.
