Job Overview

Al Mulla Group is hiring an Inventory Controller to manage procurement coordination, inventory control, store operations, and supply chain activities across OAS Stores in Kuwait. The role requires strong hands-on experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and documentation handling to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate provisional order forms and process system-generated Purchase Orders (FPO/LPO)
• Ensure timely approval and dispatch of purchase orders to suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers and cargo partners to accelerate procurement and ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Update internal systems with changes during procurement and transit cycles
• Liaise with cargo agents and prepare documentation for product clearance prior to arrival, including:
  • Commercial Registration (CR)
  • MSDS
  • Covering sheets
  • Product catalogues
• Manage and control inventory at OAS Stores, including:
  • Store supervision
  • Material receiving and issuance
  • Delivery Order (DO) approvals
  • Material arrangement, monitoring, and storage optimization
  • Physical inventory counts and inspections
• Prepare monthly stock updates and ageing reports for KM, OE, BM, and OT categories
• Prepare and process hologram memos
• Coordinate with the Stores Operations team to support daily activities and improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related fields

Experience

• 2 – 3 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations

Field Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in inventory control and supply chain processes

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in inventory systems and documentation handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident, proactive, and dynamic personality

Additional Requirements

• Age: 25 – 40 years
• Languages Preferred: Arabic & English
