Job Summary

Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd is hiring an HR Operation Support professional to support the Plant HR Head in managing end-to-end HR operations and implementing HR initiatives at the plant level. The role focuses on onboarding, employee engagement, HR systems, training & development, compliance, audits, and employee welfare to ensure smooth people operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Plant HR Head in day-to-day HR operations and HR initiatives
• Execute structured onboarding, induction, ID issuance, and joining formalities
• Drive digitization and adoption of HR systems and processes
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and Dalmia Best Practices
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR4U across the employee lifecycle
• Execute Performance Management System (PMS) as per timelines
• Act as SPOC for Mediclaim and employee insurance processes
• Manage off-roll manpower data, salary processing, and compliance
• Drive Training & Development initiatives and Training Need Identification (TNI)
• Handle internal and external HR audits and compliance requirements
• Ensure discipline, grievance handling, and policy adherence at site
• Track manpower planning, headcount, attrition, and retention initiatives
• Support HR dashboards, MIS reports, HR budgeting, PR/PO, and bill processing
• Drive employee welfare, wellness, and assistance programs

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Post Graduate / Master’s degree (HR or relevant discipline)

Experience & Skills:

• Strong HR operations and plant HR exposure
• Knowledge of onboarding, PMS, HR audits, compliance, and employee engagement
• Experience with HR systems and data management
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
