Job Summary

Titan Company is looking for a Gold Jewellery NPD Executive to support pricing and product development activities within the New Product Development (NPD) team. You will work with cross-functional teams to finalize pricing, update systems, and support key strategic pricing initiatives for gold jewellery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional and NPD teams for pricing of new gold jewellery products.
• Update product pricing in the system (Oracle).
• Create and modify pricing slabs based on product complexity.
• Perform pricing rationalization and analysis to maximize gross contribution.
• Work on pricing standardization projects (e.g., enamel rate, stone cost).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Relevant experience: 0–4 years in pricing, product analysis, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or ERP systems.

Preferred:

• Ability to handle large data sets and provide pricing recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, networking ability, and stakeholder management.
