Noverra Hospitality Private Limited is hiring a Front Desk Executive for its Business Development Office in Dombivali. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders while also overseeing day-to-day office administration and facility coordination.
The position combines front office professionalism with facilities management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-standard working environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🛎 Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders professionally
- Maintain visitor registers and coordinate with relevant departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and couriers
- Ensure reception area remains presentable at all times
🏢 Office Administration & Facilities Management
- Oversee daily office operations for seamless functioning
- Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Manage pantry and F&B services, vendors, and service quality
- Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, AC, and infrastructure issues
- Raise service requests and ensure timely closure
📦 Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and facility service vendors
- Monitor stationery, pantry, and consumable stock levels
- Ensure timely replenishment and quality checks
- Report service gaps and escalations where necessary
📊 Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain attendance logs, service records, and vendor performance data
- Ensure compliance with office standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Support continuity of operations
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation with B.H.M. mandatory
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in hospitality, property management, or front office operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of facility coordination and office administration
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
