Noverra Hospitality Private Limited is hiring a Front Desk Executive for its Business Development Office in Dombivali. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders while also overseeing day-to-day office administration and facility coordination.

The position combines front office professionalism with facilities management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-standard working environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🛎 Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders professionally
  • Maintain visitor registers and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and couriers
  • Ensure reception area remains presentable at all times

🏢 Office Administration & Facilities Management

  • Oversee daily office operations for seamless functioning
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain hygiene and cleanliness
  • Manage pantry and F&B services, vendors, and service quality
  • Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, AC, and infrastructure issues
  • Raise service requests and ensure timely closure

📦 Vendor & Inventory Coordination

  • Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and facility service vendors
  • Monitor stationery, pantry, and consumable stock levels
  • Ensure timely replenishment and quality checks
  • Report service gaps and escalations where necessary

📊 Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain attendance logs, service records, and vendor performance data
  • Ensure compliance with office standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Support continuity of operations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation with B.H.M. mandatory
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in hospitality, property management, or front office operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of facility coordination and office administration
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
