Noverra Hospitality Private Limited is hiring a Front Desk Executive for its Hospitality & Property Management division at The Park, Worli. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing front office and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and office coordination experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Guest & Visitor Management
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Take messages and ensure timely communication
- Provide information about company services and policies
2️⃣ Administrative Support
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Perform basic data entry, scanning, and documentation tasks
3️⃣ Office & Equipment Management
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception area
- Operate office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.)
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice issuance
4️⃣ Customer Service & Communication
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained at all times
5️⃣ Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and confirm staff appointments
- Coordinate with departments for smooth daily operations
