Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance control and general accounting, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures, financial reporting, and audits.
• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Drive financial books closure in alignment with Ind AS, local GAAP, and global policies; ensure accurate financial submissions.
• Conduct periodic review of financials, receivables, provisioning, balance sheet schedules, and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and process automation to enhance efficiencies.
• Liaise with senior leadership, auditors, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders for audit, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Support preparation of financial review decks and compliance documentation for Board and leadership reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS), general ledger, statutory reporting, audit processes, and financial controls.
• Tools & Systems: SAP/BPC and financial reporting tools (preferred).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage finance teams, multi-stakeholder coordination, and strategic decision support.
