Job Overview

The Executive – Technical will support new product industrialization, troubleshoot tyre-building processes, execute quality-improvement trials, and coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient technical operations.

Key Responsibilities 

You will manage new product trials, validate process improvements, troubleshoot tyre building and curing processes, and support defect-reduction initiatives. The role includes shift-level monitoring, preparing shift reports, coordinating with production teams, analyzing cured tyre defects, handling non-conformance materials, and updating IATF documentation.
