Lodha Developers Ltd is hiring an Executive – Procurement for its Project Office at Worli, Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing the last-leg documentation and coordination activities within the rapid procurement process, ensuring timely material ordering and delivery for project requirements.

The position requires close coordination with vendors, internal procurement teams, and the Construction Management (CM) team to ensure seamless execution of procurement operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

The Executive – Procurement will be responsible for handling all final-stage documentation in the procurement cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes. The role involves coordinating with vendors for quotations, preparing purchase orders, managing documentation workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between procurement and project teams. The incumbent will work closely with the CM team to track delivery schedules, resolve material dispatch issues, and ensure timely availability of materials at the project site. Maintaining proper documentation records, vendor communication, and supporting efficient sourcing operations will be key deliverables of this role.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation (B.Com / BA)
• 2–5 years of experience in Procurement & Sourcing
• Strong vendor coordination and documentation skills
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
