Job Overview

NBTC Group is seeking Engineer QA/QC – Civil professionals to join its quality assurance and quality control team in Kuwait. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality across civil construction projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to implement QA/QC procedures in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for civil construction works
• Conduct quality inspection for concrete, structural steel, earthworks, and finishing works
• Review project documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain detailed inspection records
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Utilize QA/QC software for documentation, reporting, and tracking quality metrics
• Support corrective and preventive actions to improve project quality outcomes

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects
• Preferred experience with Oil & Gas, EPC, or large-scale infrastructure project environments

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and codes (e.g., ASTM, ACI, ISO)
• Experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting systems
• Excellent technical inspection skills for concrete, structural steel, and other civil elements
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with QA/QC software tools
