🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical maintenance tasks with quality and according to planning.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance duties.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices.
• Assist discipline managers in spares identification and procurement.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance budgets and analyze costs.
• Conduct regular troubleshooting and analysis.
• Manage contractor interactions and repair activities.
• Participate in reliability and integrity studies.
• Perform preservation and shutdown activities as scheduled.
• Maintain SAP-PM and SAP-MM data and validate entries.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance KPIs and support equipment availability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and mandatory trainings.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years (for degree holders) or 7 years (for diploma holders) of maintenance experience with plant exposure.
