Job Overview

Lodha Developers Ltd is hiring a Design – Architect Support professional to join the Architecture Cell within the Design department. This role involves working closely with senior design leaders and the Construction Management (CM) team to deliver detailed architectural solutions for residential projects in the Extended Eastern Suburbs region (MMR).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design support across multiple residential projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, and coordination layouts.
• Work closely with the CM (Construction Management) team to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Structure, MEP, Planning, and Project Management.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of architectural details.
• Assist in resolving design queries arising during construction.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and review sessions.
• Support design quality control and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• High-level architectural detailing capability.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD preferred; other design software is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale project environments.

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture (Mandatory)
• Graduation in Architecture or equivalent specialization.
