🎯 Job Purpose
The Deputy Unit Manager – Customer Centricity Unit will drive customer-in discoverability outcomes for Unsecured Lending products by ensuring Bajaj Finance offerings are easily discoverable across digital channels. The role focuses on improving discovery traffic quality, reducing bounce/drop-offs, aligning product-intent journeys, and leveraging SEO, AI-intent signals, and analytics to optimize early-stage customer engagement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Unit Manager will own discoverability performance for assigned unsecured lending products and customer journeys, ensuring high-quality, intent-driven traffic across web and app platforms. The role involves analyzing customer discovery behavior from origination to fulfilment, identifying intent mismatches, bounce points, drop-offs, and friction areas in early-stage journeys. You will collaborate closely with Web, SEO, and Business teams to strengthen keyword strategies, optimize landing pages, improve entry-point effectiveness, and ensure alignment between search intent and product offerings.
The position requires maintaining discoverability dashboards and MIS reports tracking traffic relevance, CTR, bounce rates, conversion assists, and early-stage engagement metrics. You will flag redundant or low-quality keywords, misleading content, intent mismatches, and confusing discovery paths, while recommending corrective actions including A/B testing for improved customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves evaluating AI-driven search behavior, understanding how AI engines rank BFL pages, analyzing quantity vs quality of AI-intent traffic, and ensuring that discovery mechanisms solve customer problems rather than simply matching keywords.
You will identify missed discoverability opportunities, prepare deep-dive analysis for stakeholders, contribute to discoverability frameworks within CCU, and support cross-channel alignment across SEO, web journeys, and app experiences. The role demands translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
🎓 Qualifications
- Post Graduate qualification in Management, Business, Analytics, or related discipline
- Graduates with strong relevant experience in digital growth, analytics, or platform roles may also apply
- Certification in Digital Analytics / Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) is a strong advantage
💼 Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital growth, SEO, analytics, product, or platform roles
- Prior experience in Unsecured Lending is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Web SEO teams on keyword strategy and landing page optimization
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalents)
- Experience in BFSI / NBFC / large digital consumer platforms preferred
