Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with merchandising plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, competitive costing, and compliance.
• Negotiate margins, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure timely sampling, production follow-up, and delivery adherence to seasonal timelines.
• Oversee fabric sourcing, trims, garment quality, and alignment with category standards.
• Coordinate with Merchandising to translate design inputs and trends into bulk orders.
• Build and develop new vendor partnerships to support business needs.
• Ensure statutory, ethical, and quality compliance across the sourcing chain.
• Track KPIs such as cost efficiency, OTIF, rejection %, and category fill rate.
• Mitigate sourcing risks including delays, rejections, and price fluctuations.
